Korean Beef Libs
Try this easy way to make Korean Beef Ribs. Broiled in the oven for the same amount of time! Enjoy with a warm bowl of Thai King Fragrant Rice.
- 3 – 4 cups Thai King Fragrant rice (cooked)
- 3/4 cup Soya sauce
- 3/4 cup Water
- 3 tbsp White vinegar
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1/2 large Onion, minced
- 1/4 cup Garlic minced
- 1/4 cup Dark brown sugar
- 2 tbsp White sugar
- 1 tbsp Black pepper
- 3 pounds Short Ribs
- Mix Vege (carrots, celery, mushrooms etc.)
- Add 2 cups of rice with 3 cups of water. ( Add 1:1.5 cup water for every cup of rice )
- Cook rice with a rice cooker.
- In a small bowl, combine soya sauce, water, vinegar and sesame oil. Whisk in onion, garlic, brown sugar, white sugar and pepper, whisking until sugars dissolve.
- Add in the ribs to marinade then refrigerate 7-12 hours. The longer the better.
- Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-heat. Remove ribs from marinade and shake off the excess; discard marinade.
- Cook on the preheated grill until the meat is no longer pink, 5-7 minutes per side with the mix vegetables. Serve with Thai King Fragrant Rice!
